1. What Domanly is
Domanly is a digital tool for adults that helps organize brief educational sessions in reading, math, and, depending on the plan, other learning areas. Domanly guides program organization and records progress, while the adult presents sessions to the child.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The primary account must be created and managed by an adult able to accept these terms. The adult is responsible for information in child profiles they create and for keeping credentials secure. Child profiles are not independent accounts managed by minors.
3. Plans, trials, payments, and renewal
Domanly may offer Basic and Plus plans, trial periods, or other options. Prices, taxes, duration, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase and must comply with App Store, Google Play, and applicable law. Applicable conditions will be shown clearly before any purchase is confirmed.
4. Educational nature
Domanly is an educational and organizational tool for families. It does not replace school, professional assessment, medical care, therapy, or specialized advice. Development and learning vary among children and Domanly does not guarantee specific outcomes.
5. Independence from Glenn Doman and The Institutes
Domanly is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Institutes for the Achievement of Human Potential or Glenn Doman organizations. Historical references to the program are used for informational and contextual purposes.
6. User content and intellectual property
Users retain any rights they hold in words, text, images, or other content they lawfully add to personalized features. By using Domanly, users authorize the technical processing necessary to store, display, synchronize, and process that content to provide the service. Domanly software, design, brand, proprietary content, and other elements are protected by applicable rights.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Domanly to infringe rights, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, interfere with security, abuse automated access, or use illegal or harmful content.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We will seek to communicate material changes affecting purchased features or relevant terms.
9. Warranties and limitation of liability
Domanly is provided subject to warranties and rights that are mandatory under applicable law. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude non waivable consumer rights or limit liability where the law does not permit it.
10. Termination
Users may stop using Domanly and request account deletion. Domanly may suspend or terminate access for serious violations, fraud, security risks, or where legally required, subject to applicable user rights.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms will be interpreted under the law applicable to the user and the service provider. Mandatory consumer protection rights are not affected. Disputes may first be addressed through our contact channels without limiting any legal remedies available.
