ACCOUNT AND DATA

Account and data deletion

Here you can learn how to request deletion of your Domanly account and what happens to associated information.

How to request deletion

Domanly allows you to request deletion of your account and associated data. You can start the request through the options available in your account or contact Support if you cannot access it.

Before deletion

We may ask you to verify that you own the account. This verification is intended to prevent someone else from deleting your data without authorization.

What will be deleted

The request will include the primary account and associated child profiles, together with progress, custom vocabulary, Home Books, preferences, and other account linked content that Domanly has no legitimate obligation to retain.

Information that may be retained

Certain information may be retained for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain transaction records, or protect service security. Where possible, retained information will be limited to what is strictly necessary.

Child profiles

Child profiles are part of the account managed by the parent, guardian, or responsible adult. Deleting the primary account will include linked child profiles, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Need help?

Use the Contact or Support page to begin a request related to your account or data. Do not include passwords or sensitive information in the initial message.
